How do I get started on myBagTag?

How can I find out about what’s new?

myBagTag is constantly updating and refreshing its images, based on demand, design trends and national/international festivals and events. In the Collections menu you will find a ‘What’s new’ button. Here you’ll find our latest collections. There is also a link on the homepage.

Can I change my username?

No. Your username will be your dedicated customer number.

Can I change my password?

Yes. Your password is controlled by yourself. Should you wish to change it, simply login and follow the prompts under ‘Account settings’.

Why can’t I login?

Maybe you have entered your username or password incorrectly. Please try again. If you are still experiencing problems, please email info@mybagtag.com.au or contact us on +61 3 9500 9656.

I can’t remember my username, what should I do?

Your username is your customer number. You should be able to locate this on a previous tax invoice/receipt. If not, please email info@mybagtag.com.au or contact us on +61 3 9500 9656.

I can’t remember my password, what should I do?

Follow the prompts under ‘Account settings’ to uncover or reset your password.

How do I change my username?

You cannot change your username as it is your dedicated customer number.

How do I change my mailing or billing address?

Please login and follow the prompts under ‘Account settings’.

How do I change my billing information?

Please login and follow the prompts under ‘Account settings’.

Can I have more than one account?

Yes, you may have more than one account for the same company (ie. If you require separate accounts for each branch). Each account must have unique usernames and passwords. Each will have to undergo separate account applications during setup.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the cost of delivery?

Freight is charged per state and region.  This cost will be calculated and show as a single line entry when purchasing from your cart. See ‘Postage and Handling’.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is made by a recognised national freight company. Within Australia it will take between 2 and 5 business days depending on the state. See ‘Postage and Handling’.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes.

If I ship overseas do I still need to pay GST?

Yes.

I haven’t received my order within the standard delivery period, who can I contact?

Payment

How does the Shopping Cart work?

As you shop around and find items that you like, add them to your cart. Once you have everything you want, select the Checkout button and follow the onscreen instructions.

Which credit cards can I use?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express. There is no surcharge.

Why am I required to register before buying anything?

Only authorised stockists are able to order at wholesale prices, therefore it is necessary to identify yourself with your username and password prior to each purchase.

Is myBagTag in Australian Dollars and how do I handle currency conversions?

Yes, myBagTag defaults to Australian Dollars. There is however a currency converter on the checkout page should you wish to calculate your purchase in another currency.

Can I use a debit card, EFTPOS or PayPal?

No, online purchases can only be made by credit card.

Is it safe to enter my card number online?

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Why did my credit card authorisation fail?

There are a number of plausible reasons why your credit card authorisation may have failed. Please contact your credit card company. If they cannot find a  reason, please email info@mybagtag.com.au or contact us on +61 3 9500 9656.

Do you share my details with any other company?

No, we do not share your details with any one who is not a direct supplier or agent of myBagTag and only for use pertaining directly to your account with us.

Returns & Replacements

What is your returns policy?

Please keep your receipt/online order for proof of purchase. If the product is faulty, please contact your agent directly or myBagTag on +61 3 9500 9656.

Changing Orders

Can I change an existing order?

An order can only be altered prior to shipping. Our shipping will take place within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please contact our office on  +61 3 9500 9656.
