How do I buy my Suitcase Labels?
Select 'Collections', then view the complete range of Bag Tag designs or search for your Suitcase Labels by descriptor word. Select the Bag Tags which most appeal to you and place them in your cart. When you have finished choosing your Suitcase Labels, select 'checkout'. Continue following the prompts to complete your online transaction. How can I find out about what’s new?
myBagTag is constantly updating and refreshing its images, based on demand, design trends and national/international festivals and events. In the Collections menu you will find a 'What's new' button.

Shipping & Delivery
What is the cost of delivery?
Within Australia there is a flat rate of $5.00 for postage & handling.
The international postage & handling rate is $10.00 for 1-7 packs inclusive and $20.00 for 8 packs or more.
How long does delivery take?
Within Australia allow up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the state.
International deliveries will take between 7 and 20 days, depending on the country.

What if I need it more quickly?
Please email info@mybagtag.com.au to enquire about Express Post or courier costs. Please include your delivery address.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes.

Which credit cards can I use?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express. There is no surcharge.
Is myBagTag in Australian Dollars and how do I handle currency conversions?
Yes, myBagTag defaults to Australian Dollars. There is however a currency converter on the checkout page should you wish to calculate your purchase in another currency.
Can I gift myBagTag?
Yes, follow the usual procedure for purchasing Bag Tags, but enter your recipient's address in delivery address details. Complete the 'Gift message' option if you wish to include a message with your Bag Tags.
Can I purchase a myBagTag Gift certificate?
No, at this stage myBagTag does not have a Gift Certificate facility, but with a large range of myBagTag designs to choose from we feel sure you will find the right Suitcase Labels to suit your gift needs.
Can I use a debit card, EFTPOS or PayPal?
No, online purchases can only be made by credit card.
Why did my credit card authorisation fail?

No, we do not share your details with anyone who is not a direct supplier of myBagTag or an associated company.
Is it safe to enter my card number online?
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Returns & Replacements
What is your returns policy?
Please keep your receipt/online order for proof of purchase. If your myBagTag suitcase labels are faulty, please email info@mybagtag.com.au.
Changing Orders
Can I change an existing order?
An order of myBagTag suitcase labels can only be altered prior to shipping. Shipping takes place within 24 hours of us receiving your Bag Tags order. If you change your mind soon after ordering your myBagTag suitcase labels please email info@mybagtag.com.au.
